Nature of Digital Products
At Code Corner, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. However, because our templates, WordPress themes, and PHP scripts are delivered electronically as unencrypted, instantly accessible source code archives (.ZIP), all sales are immediate and final. Once an order is placed, source code is instantly unlocked and cannot be revoked or returned.
No Order Cancellations Allowed
Because our platform automatically generates and delivers digital source files instantly upon Razorpay payment confirmation, we strictly do not permit order cancellations under any circumstances once a transaction has been authorized.
Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
As digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the source files have been delivered or downloaded. However, to protect our buyers, refunds will be approved under the following specific exceptional circumstances:
Technical Delivery Failure
You did not receive the product archive due to an unresolvable server failure (e.g. broken download link, corrupted archive, or access withheld).
Duplicate Payment
You were accidentally billed more than once for the same product during checkout via Razorpay UPI or Cards.
Claim Deadline
Refund requests must be formally submitted within 3 days of original purchase date.
Settlement Time
Upon review and approval, funds are reversed within 5–7 business days directly to the original UPI ID or Bank Card used.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds or credits for any of the following scenarios:
- Order cancellations: Cancellation requests submitted after checkout cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
- Delivered digital downloads: Any digital asset where source code files have already been successfully generated or accessed.
- Services rendered: Custom development, code tweaking, template customization, or setup services already in progress or completed.
- Failure to read requirements: Incompatibility arising from not checking hosting specifications, PHP version requirements, or changing your mind after purchase.
